How is VINT Compliance priced?
Pricing is customized to your facility, not charged per user. Everyone who needs access gets it, with no per-user fees. Book a call and we'll put together pricing for your plant.
Do we have to set everything up ourselves?
No. Many plants don't have someone who can spend weeks building a system, and they shouldn't have to hire one. We can build it for you, for a fraction of what a full-time hire would cost. Our team members have real food safety and plant experience, so we don't just copy your paper forms. We point out what could work better as we build.
We also train one to three of your people to run the system and keep improving it themselves, so you never have to wait on us to make a change.
You can also build everything yourself, or mix both. Our help is always optional, never required.
How long does it take to get set up?
Your first user can be set up and building your system in less than an hour. Building out your full system in VINT, meaning your document library, all your forms and all your users, usually takes one to two weeks, depending on the size of your operation.
Getting your whole team using it every day is a separate step, and it depends on your plant: how many people, shifts and languages you have, and how fast you want to move off paper or your current system. Many plants start with one area or a few forms and expand from there.
How long is the agreement?
