These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vintcompliance.com and related services from VINT Compliance Company LLC ("VINT," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false information.

2. VINT platform

Access to the VINT platform is provided under a separate subscription agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the subscription agreement controls.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, templates, and software, belongs to VINT Compliance Company LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

4. Text messaging terms

What you get: If you check the "Text me" box on our form and submit your mobile number, you agree to receive occasional texts from VINT Compliance Company LLC about your demo, account, support, and product updates.

  • Opting in is optional and not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation text and no more messages unless you opt in again.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email hola@vintcompliance.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Disclaimer

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content here is general information, not legal or regulatory advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VINT Compliance Company LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or this website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid VINT in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VINT Compliance Company LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of this website or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state courts located in Pierce County, Wisconsin, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept them.
