You can also build everything yourself, or mix both. Our help is always optional, never required.

The platform does. Menus, buttons, labels and everything else built into VINT Compliance switch between English and Spanish for each person, including the form builder on the web portal. Two people can build forms side by side, each with the tools in their own language. What your team writes stays in the language it was written in, including form questions, comments and notes. If your crew works in Spanish, build their forms in Spanish, or write each question in both languages. We can also translate your forms for you, using the food safety and plant terms your team and auditors actually use, not a word-for-word machine translation.

The Document Library has a section for each of the major schemes: SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GLOBALG.A.P., IFS, PrimusGFS, AIB, Halal and Kosher. There are also sections for US regulations (FSMA and USDA), Mexican regulations, and HR. Upload your own documents to each one and link them to the forms that use them, so your team has them on the floor.

You do. Every submission can be downloaded as a PDF to print, email or hand to an auditor. All your raw data can be exported to a CSV file any time, so you can analyze it however you want.

Yes. Your team can fill out forms with no connection, in a cooler, a freezer or a dead spot on the floor. Completed forms are submitted once the device is back online, so daily operations never wait on a signal. Building and editing forms is done online, in the web portal.

Your first user can be set up and building your system in less than an hour. Building out your full system in VINT, meaning your document library, all your forms and all your users, usually takes one to two weeks, depending on the size of your operation.

Getting your whole team using it every day is a separate step, and it depends on your plant: how many people, shifts and languages you have, and how fast you want to move off paper or your current system. Many plants start with one area or a few forms and expand from there.

Yes. If a program runs on checklists, logs or sign-offs, tracks performance or trends over time, or has policies and SOPs you need to manage in one place, it belongs in VINT Compliance next to everything else. Build its forms, keep its SOPs, policies and compliance references in the Document Library linked to the forms that use them, and track its numbers with the metric builder. Common examples:

• OSHA workplace safety: daily forklift checks (OSHA requires every forklift to be examined before it goes into service each day), fire extinguisher checks, lockout/tagout, PPE and safety walkthroughs
• Customer audits: customer-specific audits and supplier programs
• Certification programs: organic recordkeeping
• Plant operations: preventive maintenance, pest control, equipment and line checks
